Posting a Review
Sharing your opinion about a product is simple, so please feel free to submit a review especially if you believe your comments will be helpful to other customers and readers of the website. By submitting a review, you agree that valupets.com may include your review on the website and publicly post your comments. Reviews typically appear three to four days after submission and you may submit only one review per product!
Valupets.com reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, makes false statements, is illegal or if the content includes commercial or advertising links, mass mailing of any form, including spam! Reviews that we believe have been submitted using a false email address to mislead or impersonate another individual or company will not be published!
Guidelines for Writing a Review
Please:
- Be objective and truthful - tell us how you really feel about your purchase, i.e. what you liked or disliked about a product, but also why
- Stay on topic and try to keep it short
- Don't post personal information, such as email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers or credit card numbers belonging to you or others
- Don't post multiple or commercial reviews
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a complaint about a submission and we will review the content to see if the guidelines have been abused, for example manufacturers or merchants posting reviews.
