The only information that will be shared with a third party will be your delivery address to ensure that your order is delivered swiftly by our courier company DHL or Royal Mail.
To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, our online payment providers GoogleCheckout and Nochex will validate the name, address and other personal information supplied during the ordering process to prevent fraud.
Both Nochex and Googlecheckout will process your payment on their secure servers. The process is completely independent of our online shop, they will only tell us if your payment has been successful, NO other details are disclosed to us including your credit or debit card details, such as your card number, expiry dates and security code. If your payment fails for some reason, we will send you an email giving you various options to pay. We can only dispatch orders that we have received full payment for.
