Dried mealworms are not only enjoyed by wild birds, but also tropical fish, semi aquatic amphibians, reptiles, hamsters, chickens and hedgehogs too. Mealworms are the larvae of the vegetarian tenebrio molitar beetle, allowing you to feed them safely to both animals and birds.

Mealworms are versatile and we recommend you feed them with suet pellets, sunflower hearts or your favourite wild bird food to make them last longer as birds will quickly eat them, if offered by themselves, as many of our customers will testify too!
