Please Note: Only cats from the same home may share the same accomodation

Terms & Conditions:

• A full day’s board is charged for the days of arrival departure, in order to allow for the essential disinfection & preparation of chalets
• For the protection & welfare of all cat(s) please ensure that your cat(s) are flea-ed before arriving at the cattery, thankyou for your support
• Boarding Fees are payable at the time of collection, or monthly in advance in the case of long term boarding
• In the event of the cat(s) owner returning before the end of the period booked, the full booking will be charged
• At Christmas & New Year the minimum booking will be equivalent to 10 days boarding
• The minimum booking fee at all other times of the year is equivalent to 3 days boarding

Bookings:

• In order to avoid last minute disappointment & inconvenience, bookings should be made as early as possible
• It is helpful if firm dates and times of arrival are given to allow for forward planning
• All new customers are required to visit the cattery, as this allows customers to view the facilities in advance, for your own peace of mind, before leaving on holiday or business
• All new customers will be required to pay a deposit, typically £35.00 for their booking, which will vary according to the length of your booking
