The Colour Camera Nesting Box designed by wildlife world is suitable for many species of wild birds that visit your garden and allows you to watch the day to day action that unfolds as it happens from the comfort of your living room. The live colour feed is compelling viewing for any bird lover, allowing you to watch your wild birds make a nest, hatch and nurture their young.
The camera nest box is constructed from 20mm thick FSC timber, which provides extra insulation and warmth for the wild birds that nest in the box and has a heavy duty cooper hole protector that prevents predator damage.
With the cooper hole protector on, the camera nesting box is suitable for Bluetits, Coaltits, Marshtits or Wrens, but if you remove the cooper hole protector the entrance hole becomes suitable for Great Tits, Sparrows & Greenfinches.
You can also unscrew the removable panel to create an open fronted nesting box that will be suitable Robins, Wagtails or Spotted Flycatchers. The camera nest box has a hinged lid, with a quick release clip for easy access to the separate camera chamber, allowing access to the box without disturbing the nesting birds.
The colour camera has an array of adjustable LED lights, so that users can set the preferred light level for the nest box and an energy saving timer to reduce power usage and to prevent the lights disturbing the birds at night. The camera is simple to focus and is supplied with 30 metres of cable with a scart adapter to allow you to connect the live feed to a television or recorder.
The wildlife world camera nest box should be positioned atleast 2m from the ground on a tree, wall or fence secure from predators away from feeding areas, ideally facing between north and south east and is is approximately 37cm high x 22.5cm wide x 19cm depth.
