Ancol Leather Round Timberwolf Dog Collars are traditional working collars that are suitable for all breeds, not just those owners who like outdoor pursuits, that have been designed to be durable, tough and water repellant, consequently many working and gun dog owners will only use a rolled or round leather dog collar!
The round timberwolf leather collars we sell are made from premium bridle leather with a consistent grain and thickness, that are specially treated to make them soft and supple, but exceptionally strong, that are hand-rolled and stitched with heavy duty die cast antique gold buckles and D-rings.
Ancol's round leather timberwolf collars are tanned with 100% natural fats, to help the collar remain supple and durable throughout it's life, when cold these fats will sometimes appear on the surface of the round collar and leave a wax like residue, that can simply be polished away with a soft cloth.
The round timberwolf leather collars, are also reinforced with a Nylon Core for added strength and shape retention, whilst the edges of the premium bridle leather are sealed and stitched with industrial nylon bonded thread for extra strength, water repellence and long term durability, making them ideal for both working dogs and gun dogs.
Round timberwolf dog collars are also suitable for long haired breeds, as the rolled dog collar does not flatten the coat, making the collar suitable for pet owners who want their four legged friend to look chic and fashionable!
Leather is a Natural material which has a number of benefits, it looks wonderful, is strong and water repellant. However if your dog is guilty of constantly chewing or enjoys swimming, it is advisable to purchase a synthetic fibre such as nylon for both your collar and lead, which are also available on this website. There are many leather collars and leads on the market, but not all of them are made to the same high quality.
The round timberwolf dog collars are available in 6 sizes, the measuring guide below will help you choose which collar will fit your dog's neck size, but please ensure that you measure your dog's neck accurately and leave approximately 3cm of breathing space
