The Ancol Studded Leather Dog Collars shown on this page are tough, hard wearing and water repellent, made from premium bridle leather that has a consistent grain and thickness, that are tanned with 100% natural fats to help keep the studded collar soft and supple.
These natural fats will help improve long term durability of the collar, by stopping the leather from becoming dry and brittle, providing an excellent water barrier, that will help prevent damage to the studded collar such as cracking or splitting from being exposed to the outside elements.
When cold these fats will sometimes appear on the surface of the studded collar and leave a wax like residue, that can be simply polished away with a soft cloth. The studded dog collars have a full leather lining, that hides the back of the studs, preventing them from rubbing on your dog's neck, that are nickel plated making the collar highly decorative and very strong.
The studded collars are sewn for extra strength, rather than riveted and have heavy gauge buckles and D-rings that compliment the rugged studded design of the collar, available in three traditional colours black, red and tan.
