Mark E 24/09/2015Ordered these bones on a Sunday and they arrived well packed on the Wednesday. I had a slight problem ordering, sent a email and had a response within the hour on a Sunday. Great service and the product exactly as described. 10/10 for the product and 10/10 for customer service. I'll certainly be ordering from ValuPets again.
